What does your business need the most?

More leads.
More time back.

When customers miss the reason to choose you, or manual work eats the time you need to serve them, growth stalls. I help businesses across Australia tackle the bottleneck that matters most.

01 / More enquiries

I need more leads.

If people arrive at your site but leave without getting in touch, the message may be making them do too much work. They need to see who you help, why your offer matters, and what to do next.

I turn that into a focused page with clear copy, purposeful design and one obvious action. You get a page you can own and use in your marketing, built to make the next enquiry easier.

02 / Less manual work

I need my time back.

When every enquiry, booking or follow-up depends on another manual step, small delays start to shape your whole day. Work gets repeated, details get lost, and the important jobs wait.

We map how the work really happens, find the friction, and put practical options in priority order. You leave with a clearer view of what to change first, and where technology or AI could actually help.

Experience you can put to work

The person you brief is the person doing the work.

I’m Terence, a solutions architect with three decades of experience turning complex information into things people can use. My work includes the Australian Army’s main website and a lecture streaming system for the University of Canberra.

I also designed and implemented NDX Sentinel, a flexible harness for coordinating complex business workflows. Designing it required a detailed understanding of how people, decisions and tools interact, including what happens when a process goes off script. I bring that same care to each business problem I take on.

Based in Murwillumbah, I work directly with clients across Australia over Zoom, with in-person work where practical. We start with your actual problem, then turn it into a clear page or a useful plan for better workflows.
